My art has always been autobiographical; a mirror for personal beliefs and relationships. Making art is like the enactment of a ritual: self-instructive, pointing toward mysteries that sometimes cannot be fully expressed in words or images.

In New Works, contemporary realist Zuccarini renders unexpected combinations of objects and the figure in a startlingly fresh manner. With cool eye and deft hand, he hints at the power of ordinary objects and organic forms. His paintings are in many private collections and have received numerous awards. His work has been shown at the National Portrait Gallery, Washington, DC, the Salmagundi Club, New York and the Butler Institute of American Art, Ohio. The artist is solely represented by Foxhall Gallery.
