            Bryn Craig's oils vibrate with rich, luminous color; brush stroke and bold composition combine to capture movement, space and feeling through the use of light. Simply put, Bryn Craig is a painter of places: a patio in Italy, signal lights, intriguing landscapes and interiors. Bryn states: "I'm more concerned with the light and shadow with the mood. I try to get the poetry out of a place rather than aim toward photo-realism....Light is everything to me." ~ Craig studied at the Art Students League in New York and has received numerous awards.
 
            Robyn Krauthammer is skillful in various media. Initially studying classical oils, she moved freely into a unique, painterly style of realism. Her restrained oils reflect a subtle sensibility and love of classical learning. Her landscapes painted in Chesapeake Seasons are good examples. ~ She was born and educated in Australia where she received her LL.B. degree in 1968. Krauthammer studied at St. Anne's College, Oxford, England, the Maryland Institute College of Art and the Corcoran School of Art, Washington, DC. Her work is in numerous distinguished and private and corporation collections.
