Caroline Huff: "Light is the stimulus for color and provides the structure for design." It creates shapes, defines images and establishes mood. "In my work, I attempt to capture moments in the changing light of timeless settings: boats in the sunlight of a Greek island, the shimmering reflections of Venice." ~ Her work has appeared in galleries in New York, Beverly Hills and the Washington/Baltimore area. Museums include the Baltimore Museum of Art and the Smithsonian and Corcoran.
Dorsey McHugh: "Look to the light and the shadows will fall behind." With each brushstroke, Dorsey gives attention to technique, color selection and subject matter, all used to create images that bring in the warmer side of life. ~ Her work has been shown at the Huntsville, Alabama Museum of Art and can be seen in galleries across the U.S. including Washington DC, Carmel, Westlake Village and Hawaii. ~
Christel Minotti: My work explores the themes of relationships of colors and shapes. My childhood was spent in Finland where basic modern forms were admired and blended with the nature-centered of the past. She states, "Currently I am exploring the still-life...flowers and their organic shapes are balanced with geometrics." ~ Her work has been exhibited in the South at the Gwinnett Fine Arts, Georgia and the Huntsville Museum of Art, Alabama. Her awards include 2nd Place, National Invitational, Brenau College and 1st Place, Cobb Council of Art, Marietta, Georgia.
