Well known to the Washington area, Carrita Smith brings a fresh and vibrant palette to her oils and works on paper. With strong detail and spontaneous brushwork, Smith's post-impressionist paintings reveal an energetic style. She states, "I try to put my feelings into each painting - to give the viewer a sense of how I experience the scene." The subject of her paintings is primarily landscape with occasional architectural reference.
Smith's paintings have been exhibited throughout the United States and are included in many private and corporate collections including AT&T, Gannett News Service, and the Nabisco Corporation. She studied at the American University and the Corcoran School of Art.

David Zuccarini, one of America's finest realist painters, moves freely between still life and figure painting. A master of detail, his paintings engage the eye and the mind. Zuccarini has exhibited at the Butler Institute of American Art, Ohio, and the National Portrait Gallery, Washington, D.C. His awards include the Medal of Honor in Drawing, Salmagundi Club and numerous others. His most recent one-man show at Foxhall Gallery was in November, 1997.
