          David Zuccarini, one of America's finest realist painters, moves freely between still life and figure painting. A master of detail, his paintings engage the eye and the mind. With classical still life rendering, Zuccarini opens the world of his studio to the viewer. Using the Maroger medium, colors breathe with life, revealing rich, luminous surface.

          Zuccarini has exhibited at the Butler Institute of American Art, Ohio, and the National Portrait Gallery, Washington, D.C. His awards include the Medal of Honor in Drawing, Salmagundi Club and numerous others.
